bourn rich

Born in Chicago raised in Los Angeles Rich "BournRich" Ingram discovered art, fashion, and the street scene early through his older cousin's collection of comics, drawings, graffiti mags and cassette tapes. As a passionate visual artist he uses any surface to create his art; walls, wood, glass, canvas doesn’t matter. Merging street art imagery and fine art painting BournRich is a fusion of both worlds. Using a free form of painting with vivid and bright colors to produce one of a kind pieces. He enjoys traveling and painting and impacting people in a positive way.

NICHOLLE KOBI

Black Parisian artist Nicholle Kobi creates work that promotes Black women and sisterhood. “My desire to focus on Black women is simply because I had the impression that they are excluded from the greater world of beauty, art, fashion, and especially in the intellectual sphere,” notes Kobi. “We are not less than other women. We are beautiful with our curves, our skin tones – from the most light to the most dark. We can be whatever we want!” Kobi has been featured in Ebony Magazine, Essence Magazine, BET.com, ABC Studios (Grey’s Anatomy), Nubian Skin, Ouidad and many others.

FABIAN WILLIAMS

mr paul

MR PAUL (Atlanta, Georgia) documents his real-world experiences by creating illustrations, large-scale figurative paintings, experimental music, soft sculptures, animations, and short films to serve as a reference point for his existence and eclectic perspective. By studying sign processes, signification and communication, MR PAUL absorbs the tradition of remembrance art into daily practice.

CAPTAIN CASUAL

Casual Captain is all about the experience. Bold colors and diversity that grabs your attention and inspires you. As a self taught artist his unique style and off the wall approach serve as a reminder of what contemporary art is all about. The Captain doesn't create art to match your couch or your current status; he creates art to make a scene and match your future goals and aspirations. To him, it's not really about being casual, it's about taking ordinary life and making it casual. Anyway, he's a casual guy, say hi when you see him.

SOHAIL

Born in Chicago, raised in Atlanta, Sohail was always drawn to art. A habitual 'doodler' and occasional graffiti artist, he never formally studied what eventually became his passion - Art. He began taking his talents seriously around 2011 and hasn't looked back since. Mentoring under an accomplished realism artist in Atlanta, Sohail refined his oil painting skills into a surrealistic style. When it's not time for the corporate job and spending time with his family, Sohail escapes the real world, enters his studio and transforms into his own reality. Which reflects in his art, his muse.

TIFFANY SKYERS

Tiffany has been interested in the arts since her youth. At a young age, upon entering private school, she was tested and her attention to visual detail was noticed early on. Since middle school, she has had her work exhibited in coffee shops, libraries, and museums. As she grew, so did her skills in the visual arts and her acceptance for trying her hand at new mediums. Her most successful pieces have been abstract paintings that told stores of emotional distress through symbolism.

phree Art

Hello, I’m Phree Hester. I grew up in the Inland Empire, CA. Graffiti was all over the IE and I actually found inspiration in it. Many of it was art, full of vibrant colors and interesting patterns. I think of this often when I paint.

We all should be more phree to wear what we want. I love putting my passion onto jackets, where others can be proud of the art. The jackets are worn around town and statements are made. I want to continue to develop my passion while providing affordable art to the world.

MELISSA MITCHELL

Melissa Mitchell is an Atlanta based abstract artist, with a love
of vibrant colors, unique shapes, and bold dark lines. As a self -
taught artist, she pulls inspiration from her Bahamian heritage,
melodic tunes, and the colorful world around her. Since
February 2014, she has created over 400 original art pieces,
painted over 40 larger than life murals, been featured in the
media and has work sold in stores. She has also turned her
favorite paintings into unique headwraps, pocket squares,
socks, bow ties, home decor, and specialty textiles. She
specializes in working with clients, to create one-of-a-kind
pieces for homes, offices, and other personal spaces. She aims
to create pieces that evoke emotion, to serve as a “light source”,
speak to the soul, but above all-----inspire people to follow their
passions and cultivate their dreams.

J Mitchell

New Jersey artist “J Mitchell” traded in an unfulfilling career on Wall Street to pursue his creative passions. Channeling his experiences, J Mitchell experiments across mediums to express his vivacious style. Mitch, his iconic emotionless monkey, juxtaposes inner mundaneness with a life surrounded by positivity and color. Art has allowed this self-educated artist to bring to life his internal visions and make his audience feel a vast spectrum of emotion. J Mitchell recently opened The Working Artist, a gallery concept based in Belmar, NJ, to provide artists with a collaborative public environment to create and display their work.

Tatiana Camice

New York based and North Carolina native, Tatiana Camice is a self-taught artist whose work is centered around femininity, self-love, and appreciation of Black women. Using several mediums – oil, acrylic, and watercolor – Tatiana illustrates women of color majestically living their lives out loud. Through melaninated faces, her art defers us from the unwieldy “angry black woman” trope that is so frequently replicated in the media. “Representation is so vital, because fine arts doesn’t present young girls with relatable images – images that look like them (us),” Tatiana explains. She hopes that her art will continue to penetrate today’s culture and stimulate society, specifically black women, to become “as comfortable with our curls and coils as we have unconsciously become with blondes and blues.”

Amerrikaz Most

Ryan “Amerrikaz Most” Matheson is an American artist who specializes in Pop Art/Street Art, incorporating elements of popular culture with vivid colors and eye catching designs to create a distinct look in this increasingly popular form of visual art. Amerrikaz Most is an innovator whose thoughts and ideas can be harnessed only by a brush, a blank surface, and a unique blend of vivid color, varied textures, and unforgettable designs. His paintings are as thought provoking as they are entertaining, his style both distinguishable and memorable. He is a unique talent and a force to be reckoned with as the popularity of Pop Art/Street Art continues to soar.

SASHA-LORIENE

Born in Washington, DC and raised in Bowie, MD, Sasha-Loriene is a self-taught painter who uses acrylic paint as her medium of choice. Sasha-Loriene weaves together different themes and techniques to capture her thoughts, feelings, and interpretation of the world in every piece. The goal of her art is to tell a story and create a personal experience for all, where the audience is encouraged to not only reach deeper within each painting, but also within themselves. As such, Sasha-Loriene aims to understand, conceptualize, and find peace through the arts. By becoming a better person, she inadvertently lets her inner beauty become more vibrant and wildly contagious on canvas.

ASHLEY KAY

I am a visual artist currently working out of upstate New York. Through exploring light and love, my most recent drawings and paintings look into the importance of connecting with your inner intuition and your deepest self. I am inspired by my own personal experiences as a woman, nature, fashion, and the inner workings of the soul. My mixed media works, often centered around a women’s figure, combine hints of realism with abstract design. Some of the ladies that I create are figments of my imagination and others are modeled after real women who I've found to be inspiring. I strive to create work that spreads messages of peace, empowerment, and unity between women and cultures.

THE HEARTIST

Hello I am Kevin baylis aka " The Heartist ", world renowned artist born and raised in Philadelphia Pa. I call my self the Heartist because every piece of art I have created in my career has been made with love and compassion. I create art based off of pain I see and feel from the people. When people are hurt and in need of healing, I've always made it my top priority to create a heartwarming piece of art to heal that person and bring them comfort. My heart is huge, and within it there is an entire world of creativity, waiting to be released in a way that will change lives forever.

TIFFANI GLENN

Born and raised in Tampa, FL, Artist Tiffani Glenn creates artwork using acrylic paint that promotes the beauty and diversity of African American women. Her background in animation is reflected in her artwork as she chooses to create images of Black women from a stylized and animated viewpoint. Tiffani’s work is often considered vibrant, edgy, and fun. Her main goal is to continue to grow as an artist while creating art that promotes positivity in the Black culture.
